Dear Patients

Due to unfortunate circumstances the reception will be closed as of 11:00 am Tuesday April 12th until further notice.

There will be no reception staff available to pick up paperwork or to answer the phones

If you have a face to face appointment already organised to see a doctor, it will go ahead as normal. Once you arrive there is no need to call reception to let us know you are here. Please wait in your car and the doctor will call you when they are ready to see you.

If you have a Telehealth appointment already organised,  this will go ahead as normal and your doctor will call you at the allocated time.

If you have anything to pick up please make sure to pick up between these times.

Melbourne Pathology is temporarily closed at our site. We are unsure when they will reopen but we will advise you as soon as we find out.

In the meantime Melbourne Pathology in Bentleigh is open.

Just a couple of messages

The Thomas Street Family Medical Clinic will be CLOSED on Australia Day Public Holiday,  Thursday 26/01/2022

On Friday the 27/1/2023 the clinic will only be open from 8am-12pm.  Telehealth consultations only.

There will be no doctor available after 12pm.  If you have anything to pick up please do so between8am-12pm by ringing the door bell at the back.
