Dear Patients

Due to unfortunate circumstances the reception will be closed as of 11:00 am Tuesday April 12th until further notice.

There will be no reception staff available to pick up paperwork or to answer the phones

If you have a face to face appointment already organised to see a doctor, it will go ahead as normal. Once you arrive there is no need to call reception to let us know you are here. Please wait in your car and the doctor will call you when they are ready to see you.

If you have a Telehealth appointment already organised,  this will go ahead as normal and your doctor will call you at the allocated time.

Dear Patients

Due to unfortunate circumstances, reception hours on Wednesday the 13^th of April  and Thursday the 14^th of April  will be:

9am – 5pm

If you have anything to pick up please make sure to pick up between these times.

If you are calling to make an appointment you must call between these hours.

If you have a telehealth appointment with your doctor before 9am or after 5pm, your doctor will call you.

Melbourne Pathology is temporarily closed at our site. We are unsure when they will reopen but we will advise you as soon as we find out.

In the meantime Melbourne Pathology in Bentleigh is open.
