Farewell Dr Diya Bucktowar

 

Dear Patients

It is with sadness that we wish to inform you Dr Diya Bucktowar is leaving Thomas Street Family Medical Clinic on the 16^th of September  in order to reassess her work life balance.

We would like to thank her for the seven years she dedicated her work life to Thomas Street and for being a great team member.
