Dear Patients

Telehealth and face to face appointments will be privately billed at doctor’s discretion.  This is due to the Government’s decision to discontinue incentive payments which support medical practices.  If you have a health care card or pension card please let reception know when making an appointment, this way we can update your records.

Please note all face to face appointments are made only by your doctor after a Telehealth appointment.  Reception is not permitted to make these appointments.

Private Fee Increase as of 1st of April 2019

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Our fees will increase from the

1st of April 2019. This is due to a rise in costs throughout the clinic. A standard consult will be $76 with a rebate of $37.60 from Medicare.

Our rates continue to remain lower than the recommended AMA rates.
